D3 Multisport athletes have had great success with our newest coaching service: Quarterly Custom Plan (QCP)! If you are looking for a cost effective custom triathlon training plan with monthly coaching feedback this is the plan for you. We do an extensive interview with the athlete, we set up a custom plan and we let you take it from there. Once a month via phone, Skype, or Mac FaceTime you’ll sit down face to face with your coach and go over your month of training. You’ll get expert training advice, nutrition help and access to the best triathlon coaches in the sport! What have our coaches done? Where do we start?
