I can’t say enough good things about Coach Jim. The workouts, advice, and guidance have helped me improve my FTP, learn to get more comfortable being uncomfortable and begin to develop an understanding of what kind of efforts my body should and can withstand. Jim has always stressed putting in the work but I’ve never felt over trained and he has always stressed taking the easy days easy so that I am rested and ready to nail those harder workouts. I have a better understanding of the hows and whys of training and specific workouts and what they are intended to accomplish. My FTP has gone up, I ride at a higher % of my FTP, and most importantly my race times have gotten faster every season and at every race and distance over the last 3 years.
