    race specific
    • Our Race Specific Ironman Plans are customized for each respective Ironman course. They are updated each season and now include Structured Workouts for the bike and run which can be downloaded to your training device for indoor or outdoor workouts. These workouts include TSS for each workout, and the plans are built in 3-week blocks with a recovery or lower TSS week every 3rd week. Additionally, our plans include a progressive functional strength program, instructional videos, and training tips as well as access to our coaches through the Team’s private Facebook group.

  • ironman
    general
    • Our General Ironman Plans will get you ready for any full-length Iron-distance course, and you have an option of ending your plan for a Sunday or Saturday Ironman race. They are updated each season and now include Structured Workouts for the bike and run which can be downloaded to your training device for indoor or outdoor workouts. These workouts include TSS for each workout, and the plans are built in 3-week blocks with a recovery or lower TSS week every 3rd week. Additionally, our plans include a progressive functional strength program, instructional videos, and training tips as well as access to our coaches through the Team’s private Facebook group.

  • sprint / olympic
    • Our Olympic and Sprint Plans have helped athletes rise to the podium, qualify for USAT Age Group Nationals and the ITU Age Group World Championships.     sport specific
    • These plans have been used by athletes who want to continue improving their fitness during the off-season or who want to take a deep dive into a specific sport to improve their technique. Our plans are updated each season and now include Structured Workouts for the bike and run which can be downloaded to your training device for indoor or outdoor workouts. These workouts include TSS for each workout, and the plans are built in 3-week blocks with a recovery or lower TSS week every 3rd week. Additionally, our plans include a progressive functional strength program, instructional videos, and training tips as well as access to our coaches through the Team’s private Facebook group.

  • strength
    • Our Strength Plans are used by athletes who want to improve their functional strength and power, gain an edge in reaching their goals and prevent triathlon-related injuries. Athletes should use these plans to add a strength training component to a separate training plan*, or as a stand-alone strength plan. These plans do not include swim, bike and run workouts but are meant to supplement them.

      *All of our training plans include a progressive functional strength component, however, you can purchase a strength specific plan from Coach Laura and substitute those workouts in accordingly.

  • cyclocross, xterra,
    duathlon
    • These plans are used by athletes who are eager to achieve their goals in multisport adventures including CycloCross, Xterra, and Duathlon. Our plans are updated each season and now include Structured Workouts for the bike and run which can be downloaded to your training device for indoor or outdoor workouts. These workouts include TSS for each workout, and the plans are built in 3-week blocks with a recovery or lower TSS week every 3rd week.
